By purchasing a reptile from Hexotics, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this legal notice.

1. Health Guarantee All reptiles sold by Hexotics are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding consistently, and free from any apparent illness at the time of collection or delivery. We take great care to ensure our animals are housed in optimal conditions and meet the highest standards of health and care.

2. Limited Money-Back Guarantee Hexotics offers a limited money-back guarantee within 48 hours from the time of collection or delivery of the reptile. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• The reptile must be inspected upon receipt, and any concerns or issues regarding its health or condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
• The reptile must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any signs of neglect, improper care, or injury will void the guarantee.
• If a valid claim is made within 48 hours, Hexotics will offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. Alternatively, a replacement animal of equal value may be offered, depending on availability and customer preference.

3. Exclusions to the Guarantee The limited money-back guarantee does not cover the following:

• Failure to follow proper husbandry and care guidelines, including providing the correct environment, temperature, and diet.
• Illnesses or conditions that develop after the 48-hour guarantee period due to improper care or stress from transportation.
• Any changes in behavior, feeding patterns, or temperament that may occur after delivery, as reptiles may take time to adjust to new environments.

4. Reporting a Claim If you believe the reptile has arrived in poor health or does not meet the quality described, please contact us immediately at [Insert Contact Information]. You must provide photographic or video evidence, along with a detailed description of the issue, within the 48-hour window to qualify for the money-back guarantee.

5. Final Sale Beyond the 48-hour money-back guarantee period, all sales are considered final. Hexotics is not responsible for any changes in the reptile’s health or behavior after this period, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Shipping and Collection We offer both in-person collection and shipment of reptiles, with shipping arranged through reputable couriers that specialize in live animal transport. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and these fees are non-refundable.

Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the reptile immediately. In case of any shipping-related issues (e.g., damage during transport), the buyer must report this to both Hexotics and the courier service within 24 hours.

7. Disclaimer While Hexotics guarantees the health of the animal at the time of sale, reptiles are live animals, and we cannot guarantee their behavior, longevity, or response to new environments beyond the terms of this notice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and provide proper care for the reptile.
